\r\nThese Terms of Service (the 'Agreement') are an agreement between you - the user of our hosting and related services (collectively, the 'Services'), and SOS WebHosting, in association with LiquidNet US LLC, a US company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and LiquidNet Ltd.<\/a>, a UK company headquartered in London, UK. All billing and hosting services are rendered by LiquidNet US LLC and LiquidNet Ltd. (billing operations will be handled here<\/a>). Legal details about the two companies can be found in the 'Customer Service Contact Details' section of this document.

\r\n\r\nFor the sake of brevity, SOS WebHosting, LiquidNet US LLC and LiquidNet Ltd. will be referred to as 'We', 'Us', 'Our' and 'Service Provider' in this document.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\tWhen signing up for a Semi-Dedicated hosting account with the Service Provider, the Customer agrees to \r\n\tabide by the rules and provisions explicated in these Semi-Dedicated Terms of Service, as well \r\n\tas all the coherent policies (Order Verification Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, etc.) mentioned \r\n\therein.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\tThe Customer of our Services should also be aware that when signing up for a Semi-Dedicated \r\n\thosting account with the Service Provider, he\/or she agrees to position data on our servers and make \r\n\tit accessible to the wide internet public. In this respect, the Customer understands and \r\n\tagrees that it is beyond the power of the Service Provider to restrict any public access to this \r\n\tdata and guarantee the security of the Customer's files. The Customer, therefore, is \r\n\tcompletely in charge of protecting his\/her web content on our servers and should consider \r\n\tcarefully each piece of information before uploading it to his\/her newly allocated Semi-Dedicated \r\n\tserver space. We highly recommend that Customers avoid publishing online personal data that \r\n\tcould be abused.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    SERVICE AGREEMENT; ENTIRE AGREEMENT<\/h2>\r\n\t\t

    \r\n\t\t\tThe Service Provider, shall provide its Services to You - the Customer - under the Terms and \r\n\t\t\tConditions explicated in this Service Agreement. The Agreement is intended to keep the \r\n\t\t\tintegrity of both the Service Provider and the Customer and to protect both parties from liability. \r\n\t\t\tThis Service Agreement will be enforced to ensure the speed, power, performance, and \r\n\t\t\treliability of our Services.\r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t

    \r\n\t\t\tThe Service Agreement, together with the Order Form, the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)<\/a>, \r\n\t\t\tand any other policies or agreements mentioned in this document, constitute the whole \r\n\t\t\tact of convention between the Service Provider and the Customer. \r\n\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t

Each account can \r\n\t\t\t\t\t\thost a maximum of one discounted domain name. Domain registrations are final \r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tand are not subject to refund. More information regarding domain names can be \r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tfound further in this TOS (Terms of Service), in our Domain Name Registration \r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tAgreement<\/a> and in the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy<\/a>.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

          \r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tNB:<\/strong> Due to IANA limitations for the Australian network space, dedicated IP address will not be available with a Semi-Dedicated package which is ordered in the Australian data center.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

          \"UNLIMITED\" USAGE POLICIES AND DEFINITIONS

          \r\n

          The term \u201cUNLIMITED\u201d is used to describe the amount of resources in the hosting plans provided by the Service Provider, which is not set to a predefined limit value (for example - unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space, unlimited emails or other unlimited resources). By not setting limits on key resources, we are able to offer our customers a simple, consistent pricing scheme as their websites demand more and more resources. As a result, a typical website may experience periods of great popularity and a resulting increased storage need without experiencing any associated increase in hosting charges.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          In all cases, when a service is listed as \u201cUnlimited\u201c, it is intended for normal web hosting usage only - all activities, which may result in excessive resource usage inconsistent with regular usage patterns, are prohibited.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          Our Unlimited service offers are not designed to allow a single user to influence the overall server performance. The Service Provider will make every effort to provide its customers with additional resources whenever possible, including the relocation of a customer's hosting account to a newer, faster server. However, if the resource usage reaches a level where it may influence the overall server performance in a negative way, the Service Provider reserves the right to take corrective actions. Such actions may include disconnection or discontinuance of any and of all offered services, removal or deletion of customers' websites, website content, electronic mail, or termination of a customer's account according to the Service Provider's sole and absolute discretion.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t

          INSTALLATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING<\/h3>\r\n

          Each customer will be able to take advantage of our Installation & Troubleshooting service upgrade. It allows users to get one-time expert assistance from our technical support team or system administrators for a period of 1 hour. The Installation & Troubleshooting is intended for:
